A house full of wallpaper and borders, where could this be? The Colony, in Murrieta of course!
This job was amazing for us because the homeowners were so nice. Every day John would sent us out to lunch and tell us “make sure you eat lots of carbs so you have enough engery to finish today!”.
We did the whole house in a 6″ crown molding. Most of the rooms had vaulted ceilings, which really look amazing when crown is added to them. Many people think vaulted ceilings don’t look good with crown, but check out these pictures. If the ceiling doesn’t have too drastic of a pitch, it looks awesome.
We also removed and replaced all the baseboards in the entire house… it was a big job!
I think the whole job took about a week from start to finish, painting and all.
When we were done, the homeowners were incredibly happy with the work and loved the new look of their home. She told me that several contractors came out and all of them said they couldn’t do this job. She said she knew if she kept looking someone would be able to get it done. Luckily, she called us!
